Our Mission

Serviem's mission is to give small and medium-sized businesses access to the same AI-driven digital infrastructure previously available only to large enterprises. We believe every business deserves a modern digital foundation that works as hard as its owner.

The Founder

Serviem was founded by Lanny D. Kimsey, Jr., a Marine Corps veteran, two-time Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal recipient, and former Microsoft Federal Executive.

During his time at Microsoft, Lanny managed $250 million in federal technology programs, leading digital transformation initiatives for federal agencies. He saw firsthand how powerful the right technology systems could be - and how inaccessible those systems were to small businesses.

After leaving Microsoft, Lanny founded Serviem to change that. He built Serviem to apply the same strategic discipline and technical rigor he used in the federal sector to help SMB owners build the digital foundation their businesses deserve.
