These terms govern your use of the Serviem platform and services. By using Serviem services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Serviem provides website design, automation implementation, and digital consulting services under monthly subscription plans. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are specified in individual service agreements.

Payment

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. One-time setup fees are due before project commencement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the website content and design delivered under their service plan. Serviem retains rights to its proprietary systems, frameworks, and methodologies.

Limitation of Liability

Serviem's liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. Serviem is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
